Worked with Domino’s, GO Outdoors, Revolut, MTR Crossrail (and many more!) on their employee engagement strategies and internal communication campaigns to drive uptake and engagement with their benefits, rewards and communications programmes.

This role involved:
• 3 core components of this role: relationship management, sales and marketing / communications.
• My role heavily involved strategic planning & execution of clients’ internal marketing campaigns to drive usage of their engagement platforms. This involved:
- Identifying the communications channels available to us, to push out their marketing materials & drive employee engagement & uptake in the programmes. This was a mix of digital marketing, printed marketing & in-person events (roadshows, webinars).
- Understanding, in-depth, the demographics of a client’s workforce to ensure all copytext was unique & specific to their audience. This allowed me to relay specific instructions to our in-house design team & create content that fitted the client’s tone of voice, thus making employees feel more comfortable engaging with the platform.
- Creating tailored communication campaign strategies, as per a client’s budget or desire to push a specific subject, to ensure clients hit their own internal KPIs.
- Providing relevant & insightful data analysis on clients’ programme performance. This allowed me to review, in-depth, the programme’s performance, so I could suggest new, creative strategies to implement for further take-up & hence, client ROI.
• Building solid relationships with internal stakeholders to offer expertise & solutions to clients, that matched their own business objectives & goals.
