As effectively a union for the self-employed and small businesses (up to 250 employees) the FSB lobbies government nationally and locally as well as proving the advice and support big corporates just have departments that deal with so SMEs can never be afraid of growth.

I formed TSR as a dedicated entity for distribution of TASER technology to UK government agencies with business partners I had worked with for many years. I took responsibility for financial management and  building a passionate and dedicated sales team to take a successful weapons distribution business into the overall technology space, success included securing the world's largest urban pilot of body worn video with the Metropolitan Police. As TASER International worked progressively closer with us, ultimately we were acquired and integrated into what became Axon.
