Making dreams happen by creating intricate, tailored itineraries for clients around Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and South East Asia.

-	Consistently generating (new) business for the shop both instore and online.
-	Upselling customers and negotiation with suppliers.
-	Assist manager with refunds and customer complaints.
-	Assist colleagues with product training and closing sales.
-	Pitching fluently in 4 different languages (English, Dutch, German & Spanish).

Achievements:
•	Top of the shop on two different locations in Queenstown (Happy Travels & iCentre).
•	Broke weekly and daily shop records during pandemic.

Travel Sales Consultant | Assistant Manager

As a result of experiencing all these amazing tours I decided to start editing videos in order to share my personal experiences with customers. While selling East Coast packages I would previously show customers a video about Fraser Island from a famous travel blogger lasting 5 minutes. After editing my own experiences this would only cost me 30 seconds.

The top selling product in Cairns is a boattrip to  the Great Barrier Reef. Even a year after launching the video about snorkeling and introductory diving my colleagues would still show this video to their customers.

Achievements:
• Most consistent top seller out of 10 shops in Cairns over the timespan of a year.
• Experienced influencer marketing shock.
• Fear of heights: went bungy jumping & skydiving regardless.

Koordarrie Station

Mustering livestock on a horse, yard work, windmill runs on a dirt bike, fencing, plumbing, all round farming tasks and use of heavy machinery.

Achievements:
• Made it to the (traditional) bending finals competing with lifelong Jillaroos at the Winning Bush Gymkhana.
• Made it back alive.

Jillaroo | Cowgirl

Reef Encounter

Responsible for the daily and nightly operation of an overnight cruise ship that offers snorkel and dive tours on the Great Barrier Reef with capacity of 44 passengers and 22 crew members. Responsibilities include daily supervision of the bar, restaurant, housekeeping, guest services and administration including logbooks, daily reports and stock control.

Ships Purser (Hotel Manager)

Mango's Beach Bar

Responsible for managing the second beach bar/event location and colleagues while being the direct point of contact. Cashing up the register on a daily base and close contact with the owner and manager. Deciding work schedule based on good weather conditions and group bookings. Supervise and maintain inventory of the stock at the bar. Preparing the location up to billing guests and groups. Managing contact with regulars, upselling menu packages, preparing cocktails and other beverages.

During wintertime I would work at our other location in ski resort Saalbach Hinterglemm, Austria.

Achievements:
• Sold the most liquor 43 out of 40 Beach Bars in Zandvoort, highest Individual Contributor to collective team efforts.
• Most revenue created according to handheld data.

Writing a market analysis. Being responsible for the (VIP) bar and staff up to ten employees (in two bars at the same time) at festivals like Art of Dance, Pacha, Decibel, A State of Trance, Dominator, Masters of Hardcore and Crazyland. 

Real-time communication with higher management and suppliers, bar logistics, delegate, serving self-prepared cocktails or other drinks, and hour registration up to 65 employees.

💃🏾 Connecting with thousands of people worldwide learning about their culture and values. I have successfully made sales in 4 different languages around the globe as a result (NL/EN/GE/SP). - Might have grown a love for Latin dances along the way. -

🏇🏻 Became a real cowgirl on a horse in the Wild-Wild-West between kangaroos, dirt bikes and a helicopter.

🐳 Living & working on a boat on the Great Barrier Reef giving people the opportunity to explore the magical world wonder whilst being looked after in the most hostile way possible [ purser ].

🏄🏼 I assisted hundreds of joy seekers building their travel dreams into a solid plan - blowing expectations through the roof.
