•	Achieved $2.5M in cost savings and avoidance by maximizing the capabilities of in-house systems and applications, strategically leveraging existing capacity to reduce expenses.
•	Successfully transitioned a IT organizational model of individual IT departments from four distinct business units to a centralized, cohesive structure that operates on an enterprise level with specialized teams supporting 17K employees across 900+ locations. My role took on multiple functional responsibilities with an emphasis on enterprise support and infrastructure.

• Researched and developed system needs including infrastructure requirements, build and design needs, along with driving project deliverables for large scale facilities integration projects through M&A activities.  
• Was lead systems architect for client/customer requirements and defect needs into various developmental groups for projects ranging from $100 thousand to 1.5 million, determined software/hardware needs, developed the budget, interviewed vendors, and finished the projects ahead of schedule and under budget.
• Developed a request analysis report that resulted in 30% lower call volume, better education, increased efficiencies in the help desk and overall customer satisfaction increased from a 3 rating to a 7 rating within 1 year.  
• Provided escalated support to over 400 + employees from the help desk maintaining all aspects of the IT infrastructure including (Networking, Servers, P.C’s, Databases, Printers, Setup, Security Management, Backup and Recovery, Scripting, etc.). 
• Managed M&A transitional roadmaps for both new and remote locations along the Colorado Front Range, Western Slope and Wyoming, duties included but not limited to network infrastructure, routine maintenance, setup and configuration of all sites which included 25% travel.
