InsightWhale is a fully remote team of data professionals helping businesses worldwide become data-driven. We provide Digital Analytics, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Business Intelligence services. 

In my role as the Head of Operations, I wear many hats. My days are filled with managing sales and accounts, leading project and strategic plans, and ensuring our clients are happy. I build long-term relationships with our clients, tackling any roadblocks in workflow to keep projects on track. I keep a close eye on key business metrics like LTV and MRR, making sure we hit our goals on time and within budget.

What excites me most about my job is working closely with our clients. I love diving into different business models and working together to find the best solutions. My skills in leadership, client relations, and project/product management not only drive successful sales efforts, but also uphold InsightWhales commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Helping our clients succeed and leading a talented remote team in the ever-evolving field of CRO isn’t just my job, it’s my passion. The success stories of our clients and the growth we achieve together is what keeps me going.

Head of Operations

My responsibilities include sales & account, project, and strategical management; building a long-term relationship with clients; managing client happiness; controlling and resolving situations when the workflow is being blocked for some reason; forecasting, monitoring, and achieving planned business metrics (LTV, MRR, etc.); and ensuring that all the timeline, budget, and end-result goals are reached.

What I love most about my job is working with clients to help them reach their goals. I find it fascinating to see how each business works and what solutions we can come up with together.

Building beneficial b2b partnerships in outsource contact center. 
My achievements: 
- launched more than 100 successful projects; 
- day-to-day communication with 20+ partners; 
- up&cross sales with QoQ growth+11%; 
- LTV QoQ growth+24%; 
- monthly CSI with 10+ key partners - 94%; 
- establishing partnerships with X5 Logistics and AlfaBank

Key Account Manager

BGS Group

Work in a business event agency specialized in the energy sector worldwide. 
My duties: 
- work with clients databases; 
- negotiate with top managers of foreign oil and gas companies;

Chief Development Officer (CDO)

Sendway

Establishing partnerships in Czech OTA-startup Sendway. 
My duties and accomplishments: 
- leading hotels as part of CustDev (2018) - increased online booking MoM+26% within focus group;
- creating a detailed pitch-deck; negotiating with potential investors (VC funds, private investors) and leading all the communication with European and American associates; 
- establishing partnerships in B2B segment (Stripe, DigitalOcean Inc, AlfaBank etc.) 
- gathering and providing compliance requirements in Russia and Europe (PCI DSS, GDPR).

Project Manager

My first work as Project Coordinator with an experienced team and world-renowned clients, such as Bosch, Mercedes-Benz, Siemens, Neff, and others. 

My duties: 
- project coordination at different stages
- preventing and resolving conflicts with stakeholders 
- organizing workspace for dev team

When I was about 8, my dad bought me a PlayStation 1 — my dream gift.
I spent every day glued to it… until, a few months later, it stopped working.

We took it to a local repair guy (no idea why my dad took me along, but I remember it in every detail).
He looked at it and said, “Come back in three weeks, power adapter is broken”
For a 9-year-old, that felt like forever.

My dad didn’t argue or complain.
He just said:
“Sell me the adapter you have, fix ours later. You will end up with both money and a working unit.”

Deal done.

That was my first real lesson in negotiation and reframing — something I use daily in product and client work.

When clients hesitate about a test or a feature to, it’s rarely about the idea itself.
It’s about how you frame the problem and how you communicate it.

That’s how progress happens.

• Purchase CR: +76% improvement

We will wait a few more days for the second goal to reach full statistical significance, but the early trend already looks promising.

Funny enough, this idea faced plenty of pushbacks before launch - yet it’s performing great. Meanwhile, one of the so-called “no-brainer” tests is producing controversial results.

Experimentation at its finest. You never know how each test will go, but the process lets you lower the stakes, learn faster and move forward with clarity.
