Most women don’t want a celebrity body.
They just want their body to feel like it’s working with them again.

 I see this all the time.
Women doing the workouts. Eating “well enough.” Showing up consistently.
And still feeling frustrated because what worked in their 30s suddenly doesn’t land the same in their 40s.

Somewhere along the way, we started believing that if we just trained harder, pushed more, followed the right plan, we’d get back to feeling strong and confident in our bodies again.

So when I sat down with the trainer who’s worked with JLo and other celebrities, I didn’t want the hype.

I wanted the truth women rarely hear.
