At the heart of my journey lies the fascination for the crossroads of analytics, data science, and users. I thrive on leveraging data to address unarticulated needs and driving meaningful user experiences through insightful analytics and empathy.

With close to 8 years of diverse analytics experience, I have honed my expertise in analytics and data science. From startups to global giants and homegrown Indian decacorns, from Business Analyst at Swiggy back in 2019 to climbing the ranks of an Analytics Manager, I have seen it all and garnered a wide-ranging skill set that tackles challenges head-on.

My analytics prowess has left a trail of significant accomplishments. I have worked with colossal datasets, shaping products by extracting actionable insights. Additionally, I have engineered models to forecast demand planning, created automated tools for analytics folks to help them solve the problem more effective. As an Analytics Manager, I helped in streamlining new charters in the driver ecosystem and mentoring my teammates. 
Now, as a Senior Data Scientist at Walmart, I am poised to continue my passion into the realm of Data Science and Analytics in the Supply Chain domain.

As a mentor, I’ve often had to nudge my students out of their comfort zone — not to be harsh, but because that’s where real learning actually begins.
Growth in analytics doesn’t come from doing what feels easy.
 It comes from doing what forces you to think.
Building strong analytical reasoning is hard — and that’s precisely why it creates an edge.
One common mistake I see learners make is staying in the “safe zone.”
 They keep repeating the same type of problems, the same tools, the same patterns — instead of challenging themselves with problems that demand deeper reasoning.
For example:
 You’ve learnt SQL? Great. But don’t just keep solving similar queries in loops.
 Open Python, struggle a bit, Google your way through, and try to replicate the same analysis using a different tool.
Solved a real-world case study in class? Don’t stop there.
 If we solved a funnel problem for a food delivery app, change the context and apply the same logic to an e-commerce or fintech use case.
That’s how you train your mind to reason, adapt, and generalize knowledge — skills that truly matter in interviews, real projects, and unstructured business problems.
If you don’t push yourself beyond what’s comfortable, you’ll always feel stuck when the problem is unfamiliar or ambiguous.
So here’s my advice:
Don’t cling to comfort. Outgrow it.

Because real growth — and real confidence in analytics — only happens when you challenge how you think, not just what you practice.
