Hi, I am Garvit Arora, a digital marketing agency owner & an E-COMMERCE EXPERT.

Back in 2015, when I jumped into the world of online marketing, I was very fascinated with E-Commerce and always had a desire to learn & getting deep down into it.

Now, I was the in-charge of Paid ads. 

I worked really hard, I failed and I again hustled and learned from my failures, enrolled in the various courses, attended masterminds, implemented my learning and finally become an expert in generating online sales through Facebook advertising.

I left the agency back in 2018 and started freelance eCommerce marketing and generated over $1M+ for my clients in 6 months.

We killed our best-performing ad on Jan 1st... and it only took 48 hours to bury it.

We recently started a new account with a low spend to test a fresh creative.

It was sitting at a beautiful 6.5x ROAS with a ₹11,000 daily spend.

Then new targets were set, and we got greedy.

We jumped the budget to ₹16,500 instantly.

And...
ROAS tanked to 3.1x by Jan 2nd.

More money mostly never equals more sales at the same efficiency.

Meta's algorithm works like a sensitive engine.

Here is the autopsy of why that scaling attempt failed:

1/. The Learning Phase Reset

When you jump the budget by more than 20%... you reset the learning phase.

The algorithm stops optimizing for what worked and starts "exploring" again.

You basically paid ₹5,500 extra to confuse your own AI.


2/. Audience Quality Dip

At ₹11,000, Meta finds the "low-hanging fruit".

When you force it to spend ₹16,500 instantly, it reaches for lower-intent users just to hit the spend target.

Your cost per acquisition climbs while your conversion rate dies.


3/. The 20% Golden Rule

You must only increase budgets by 20% every 48 to 72 hours.

This allows the algorithm to stabilize before finding the next tier of customers.

If you want to scale faster than that…

…then do not touch the original ad set.

Duplicate the winner into a new campaign with a higher starting budget.

You have to protect your winners like they are gold.


Even on new accounts with low spend, the fundamentals are the same.

We generated ₹2-3 CR monthly sales for a client.

Then the client said stop…

Not because sales were bad.

3/. Added music and simple editing to create that human touch

Initially it took us 2 hours on a video. Then 1 hour.

Now the team is working on an AI agent to hit 50-60 videos daily with full edits.
