I joined Ignite Procurement as their first Product Manager.  Since I joined, I've been helping Ignite to grow a team of 5 product managers and getting product management processes in place and product discovery processes to be able to understand the user needs. Back in 2020 then the overall quality of the product wasn't the best, and no one was talking to the users to understand their needs.  Now users are involved throughout the process from discovery and research, testing of prototypes, and production. 

Since I joined Ignite, the company has grown from 17 FE to 60 FE. It's been a really good experience to be part of growing the company, getting new processes in place, and most important of all releasing new features and modules that customers want.

I started in Fjordkraft in 2006 as a key account manager and had the responsibility for some of the largest companies in Norway. I worked with sales, customer relations, and projects. During my years in Fjordkraft, I’ve worked with the spot and financial market for electricity, working closely with customers and traders. I have good expertise in financial products and markets.
