His journey into the realms of leadership and personal development began at Maharishi International University, where he devoted six years to mastering the art of meditation. This experience was not merely an educational pursuit but a profound transformation that laid the foundation for his vision of enlightened leadership.

After completing his education, Francis ventured into the corporate world, where he first honed his skills in credit risk management at Accounting Plaza Central Europe, and later at Shell. These roles, while seemingly distant from his current path, were essential in shaping his understanding of the corporate landscape and the challenges faced by leaders and teams.

In February 2022, Francis embarked on his most ambitious project yet – the founding of the Enlightened Leadership Academy.
