Designed and implemented corporate sales and marketing strategy creating a solution-focused sales process and inbound lead generation strategy. Hired and managed sales and technical pre-sales team, and assisted account executives to close late-stage, strategic opportunities. Implemented agile project management methodology and built development teams hiring developers, designers, architects, and QA engineers.

•	Grew annual revenue from $0 to $5M within first 4 years securing over 300 projects for clients such as Verizon, Ciena, eHarmony, The Honest Company, Aon Hewitt, Taco Bueno, Texas Instruments (TI), TIGI, and Westinghouse Electric

•	Doubled opportunity close rate and improved gross margin 50% on sales bookings by thoroughly qualifying prospects, quickly identifying customer needs, and presenting optimal solutions to decrease the average sales cycle

•	Achieved a 50% increase in new customers from the website and increased the average deal size over 200% by implementing an inbound, content marketing process using Hubspot and Salesforce.com to generate new leads

Founded healthcare staffing company to staff hospitals with Registered Nurses on a per-diem and travel contract basis leading and motivating a sales and recruiting team of 6 people while also overseeing business operations including strategy development, sales planning, accounting, quality assurance, and human resources. Developed and executed innovative marketing strategy with multiple distribution channels including email, direct mail, social media, and networking and referral programs.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

•	Grew annual revenue to $2 million within the first 3 years achieving positive cash-flow within 18 months of start-up

•	Averaged 112% growth rate over the first 3 years of operations utilizing an education-based sales process to gain quality access to decision-makers for healthcare facilities

•	Secured 6 key hospital accounts and negotiated preferred provider status, including the largest healthcare system in central Texas which generated $150K in monthly revenue

Planned and executed sales strategy as sole source of sales production for the first 18 months with responsibility for building and training a sales team before transitioning to managing major accounts. Conducted presentations and represented company at trade shows and client focus group meetings gathering prospect and client feedback regarding needs and key value features. Briefed and liaised with management and development teams to implement feedback in future software releases. Refined software demo procedure and script, serving as the go-to person for important software demo opportunities with key prospective clients.

It's not about learning the tool... it's about rethinking the entire workflow around AI.

Things like:

• Using refactor mode for pattern-based updates instead of line-by-line tweaks
