Door het gebruik maken van efficiënte werkprocessen worden de diensten op de meest voordelige wijze bij eindverbruikers ingezet. 

RENTAL • SERVICES • SUPPLY

Vanuit de RENTAL divisie verhuurt All Safety adembescherming, onafhankelijke ademlucht units en safety materialen in de meest brede zin van het woord. Binnen de SERVICES afdeling wordt onderhoud en certificering aan veiligheidsmaterialen verzorgd. Daarnaast worden on-site safety shops gemanaged en biedt All Safety services aan op de supply artikelen. Hieronder vallen bijvoorbeeld het wassen van werkkleding, aanmeten van otoplastieken en verstellen van kleding. SUPPLY is de totaal leverancier voor werkkleding, PBM’s en industrial supplies. 

Naast betrouwbaar beheer en beheersing levert werken met All Safety een financiële optimalisatie op, zonder dat er concessies worden gedaan aan het welzijn van medewerkers. SAFETY WORKS

At the age of 12 I taught my granddad how to make a website to host family photos on. 

Full built in html and hosted on our own server (a desktop which we couldn’t turn off anymore 😂).

It was around that time that my love for code, automation and marketing must have started.

Due to puberty I neglected this 'skill'. 

At the age of 23 I tried to get in at a local marketing agency. It's where I started doing SEO. And after a while Google Ads crossed my path.

I have never let it slip away. And immediately tried to outperform all my colleagues who where in the business for a long time. 

Wasted a lot of Ad spend doing so. 

When Google Ads scripts got my attention I was 25. I used and edited existing ones and I learned a lot, the performance went really well. 

After some years working at the agency I took some time off traveling. When I returned I started FloBoost as a freelancer. I used my agency experience for my clients, started working with automations and I did lost of courses to become better at marketing and tracking.

After a while an old colleague called me and asked me to help at their agency. They 'won' a big client and it needed growth / improvement. I have to say that I learned everything at that one account.

From Google Ads to project management and CRO. Thanks Fightclub !

In the end they offered me a great full-time position, I declined. 

For two reasons:

- I knew for a long time building my own company was a dream. 
- I knew some agencies we're cowboys and I wanted to change that.

After a year hustling around I needed a break, we went to Sri Lanka in feb. 2022. I hired a few freelancers to manage the clients/accounts and project management for me. Thomas van Miert was one of them.

When I came back I knew this was the start of an agency.

Somewhere at the end of the summer 2022 I started sharing knowledge and Google Ads scripts. As well as in different PPC communities and here on LinkedIn. It boosted my (personal) brand a lot and I got more requests than I could handle.

3 more specialists entered FloBoost around January 2023.

In May 2023 I decided to rebrand to 'Flowboost' and to take Thomas van Miert on as a partner. I am very happy he took the opportunity. Together with him and other specialist we're building amazing marketing companies.

In January 2024 we’ve acquired 50% of the shares in backlink.nl which is the most transparent linkbuilding and PR platform in NL.

Fast forward to 2025 we’re with 13 FTE and 21 people in total, just a crazy ride is already is.

Since we handle a lot of international clients, it's suitable for e-commerce stores advertising in more than one country.

Not a very difficult update to the single-country sheet though.

But we made it, just in case.

As well as a day planning and a check at the end of the sale period.

I would also advice to use our 'auto-scale-script' -  this can be set to hourly to scale your account.

We are in a AI bubble and I love it… 🫧

The signs are everywhere. 

First of all many companies invest in each other which you can call ‘circular financing’. 

Circular what…?

Let me explain.

Nvidia is investing billions in OpenAI and OpenAI will buy chips from Nvidia. Meaning both stocks go up. 

Financing each other, with money that isn’t there in reality.

And there are more examples:

- Nvidia and CoreWeave
- OpenAI and AMD
- Oracle, Nvidia and OpenAI

While, at the same time, OpenAI is looking at tens of billions in losses still, even up the the whole of 2026. 

Secondly, and this made me write the post. 

Michael Burry shorts Nvidia and Palantir via 1 billion in puts. 

That’s crazy. 

For who doesn’t know him, he went short on the housing market in 2008. 

We all know what happened. 

Thirdly, bonds interest rates are rising in many major economies, reaching all time high in Japan and near- in UK and USA. 

Those events are a trigger for me to say we are in a bubble. 

Also my guts tells me we are in one. 

And as someone creating a Google Ads agent, I know for a fact, AI is amazing but the big breakthrough might come too late. Making investors doubt. 

Don’t get me wrong, it’s amazing what AI can already do. But everybody it hyping it a little too much. 

And while it will obviously disrupt a lot of markets and replace jobs. 

It will not replace me very soon. 

Maybe a junior Google Ads, yes. 

Or other entree level white collar jobs, yes. 

But, it will take a while before it will replace a medior, let alone a senior. 

Very curious if Michael Burry is right once more and if the bubbel will burst sooner than we think.
