In 1997, my college tutor told me, I should pack in sports coaching and go work in sales, he said, “ Finlay, people are your super power“. To me it was easy, I just loved helping others. A banking crisis, a new born son and a burning need to give him a better life, I bet the house and joined the oilfield.
