Reporting to the CEO, i oversee the strategic acquisition and operational success of our venue partners (15k+ across the UK, Ireland, Canada, US, Australia, and Singapore) through different teams (around 50 people):

Head of Sales&Ops

Directs a dynamic team of three Operations Managers overseeing a total of 25 full-time employees, significantly improving productivity and consistently achieving operational KPIs and OKRs.

Implements operational strategies to meet key business objectives, ensuring market stability and enhancing customer service. Proactively identifies and addresses challenges, devising scalable solutions across various markets.

Streamlines processes and enforces platform standards, leveraging technology to achieve double-digit YoY growth in bookings and over 90% customer satisfaction, all without increasing operational costs.

Demonstrates expertise in forecasting and budgeting, effectively managing resources and predicting market trends to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.

Head of Marketplace Operations

Casavo offered me the possibility to lead the Sales Ops team of Milan and Turin, directly managing 3 teams for a total of 14 FTE.

In just a few months I was able to introduce a more efficient and data-driven way of working, increasing drastically our ability to forecast our Sales and the productivity of each team member. 

Unfortunately due to economic constraints, Casavo needed to restructure its organization and I've been laid off with 30% of its workforce.

Sales Operations Manager

Leading the commercial team to launch Tagvenue in the US market and to keep the expansion in APAC&Canada.
- setting & executing the go-to-market and launch strategy, owning the P&L, and setting OKRs 
- hiring, engaging, managing, and supervising a commercial team of 30+ talents
- driving automation to build scalable processes across the host acquisition lifecycle: lead generation, sales, and account management
- Collaborating with the content marketing team to build and execute a cost-effective user and supply
acquisition strategy

Achievements:
- grew the team from 2 to 30 people without slowing down the pace of onboarding
-14 cities in the US launched successfully 
- doubled the overall Tagvenue supply in 3 quarters
- decreased by 40% the venues acquisition costs compared to the previous expansion
- increased by 35% the sales team performance compared to the previous expansion

Bootstrapped a "startup in a startup" from scratch, initially developing a single "Virtual Teambuilding" tool that we later expanded in a whole Virtual activities marketplace.
