If you’re planning to take LinkedIn seriously in 2026...

This is the guide you need to save. ♻️

I’ve coached 100+ founders this year, gained 10M+ impressions. 

These are the steps to follow (in order): 

1. Define your positioning

- Who do you help?
- What problem do you solve?
- Why should someone listen to you?

If your answer is vague → your content will be too.

Your positioning is your foundation.

2. Optimise your profile

→ Headline: 40–45 chars, keywords rich.
→ About section using PAS framework.
→ Featured section with 2-3 cards max.
→ Banner with a clear CTA at top left.

Your profile = your positioning.

3. Plan your content pillars

Pick 3–4 themes you’ll talk about repeatedly, e.g.:
 
- Personal branding
- LinkedIn growth
- Mindset for creators
- Client results / case studies

Repetition builds recognition.

4. Choose your posting cadence

Consistency > intensity. Post:
 
→ 3–5 times per week
→ Same days
→ Same time

Predictability wins. Audiences like routine.

5. Make engagement part of the strategy

Find "active" people in your niche, and build a commenting habit: 

15mins before posting: 
└ Comment on people's posts.

15mins after posting: 
└ Reply to comments you receive.
