📢 For 9 years, I've been dedicated to building brands on social media.

I started posting on Instagram at 15, and in just a few weeks, I reached the 10,000 followers mark.

Thrilled by the platform's potential, I began monetizing my reach by selling e-books.

I quickly realized my true fascination was at the intersection of people and technology.
Creativity + AI = the superpower of the future!

This realization led me to pursue a Bachelor's in Business Informatics and a Master's in Machine Learning.

I co-founded notus, where we helped our clients achieve their growth targets through organic content.

In November 2023, I stepped away from notus, as my tech-driven heart craves for a new adventure: building a SaaS product, Scripe.

1 year ago, I was scared what people might think.

Last week at the Business Creator Summit, I was shaking it off with our audience. 🕺🏼

Because: That fear is the # 1 reason people fail on LinkedIn.
(Yes, I was surprised too ;))

Even though our masterclass was about: 
How to scale personal branding in teams with AI…

👉 We didn’t start with AI tips. 
👉 We didn’t share dozens of prompts. 
👉 We didn’t introduce hacks & frameworks.

We started by talking about the fear of being seen:

When you’re afraid of posting, it’s not just “in your head.” 
Your nervous system is on alert; your body literally thinks you’re in danger.

(Yes, that’s neuroscience ;))

🙋🏻‍♀️ Shaking it off calms the nervous system.

It tells your body: “You’re safe.” And when you feel safe, posting gets easier.

The next parts Carmen and I covered were:

👉 How to overcome that fear of being seen. 
👉 How we prevent teams of giving up posting (again). 
👉 How we then enable teams with strategy and AI workflows to scale.

Spoiler, the first step is to: Admit that we are scared.
It’s human. And we can overcome it.

This was one of our most successful conferences ever!

Just came back from SaaStock and now traveling for 36hours 🇦🇺 , reflecting on my highlights:

There were many!

First time in Dublin. 
First time we had a booth with Scripe.
First time giving a keynote together with Steef Smulders.

Every moment felt new, but also… right.

I’ve never felt this confident in what we’re building.

The energy at SaaStock was all around content.
Because everyone gets it now:

→ The B2B playbook is changing
→ Building trust has never been more relevant
→ Personal content matters more than ever

>> Because you cannot buy trust – you can only build it over time.

And this is exactly what we solve with Scripe  😉

Massive shoutout to Glenn & Stefan for pushing us to go all-in on SaaStock and for having our great booth together.

It was always packed (even when we were out of sweets ;) 🙌

A while back, someone close to me said:

"You share too much about yourself online"

This message kinda resonated with me.
Because that’s the exact message I grew up with —
keep your head down, don’t draw attention, stay safe.

It wasn’t meant to hurt me.
It came from love, protection, and generations of caution.
But it kept me small in ways I didn’t even notice.

I wanted to achieve big things…
but also wanted to stay hidden.
To be recognised without being exposed.
To make an impact without showing my face.

It felt safe.
But it also made me invisible.

Here’s the truth:
There’s no growth without visibility.
And there’s no visibility without vulnerability.

If your body associates being seen with danger, judgment, or loss,
you’ll find ways to hold yourself back — even when your mind says “go.”

The real work isn’t just strategy.
It’s making your nervous system feel safe with being celebrated, noticed, and heard.

So ask yourself:
✨ How safe do you feel being fully seen?
✨ What old voices might still be guiding your choices?

Because healing those is what creates space for your next level.
