7 hiring insights you only see when you use AI to analyse millions of Willo® assessments globally 🌍 (with real examples from the data)

1️⃣ Different industries ask different questions but the best ones converge

For example:
A retail supervisor role might ask “How would you handle a dissatisfied customer during peak hours?”
A software engineer role might ask “Talk us through a technical decision you disagreed with.”

Despite the difference, the strongest-performing assessments in both cases focus on real scenarios from the job, not hypothetical brainteasers.

2️⃣ Job titles matter more than company brand at the screening stage

 We consistently see higher engagement on roles titled things like:
“Customer Support Specialist – SaaS”
“Graduate Data Analyst (Entry Level)”
 compared to vague titles like “Rockstar”, “Associate”, or “Team Member”.
