Second, under Government to Private, I assist corporate and government clients with transitioning to the private sector by providing resume assistance, Linkedin profile optimization, salary negotiation, and interview preparation. 

Third, under Catalyst Career Recruiting, I provide third-party recruiting services to clients who need assistance in finding specific candidates for roles globally. In this role, I have helped clients like T-Mobile, Google, healthcare orgs, and many others find and place niche candidates. Specifically, I source, screen, and refer candidates directly to the the organization.

- Implemented 50+ physical security risk assessments for critical infrastructure.
