How to automatically create multiple worksheets. 📄

I used to watch people create new sheets one by one for every month or region—such a time sink! Here’s my favorite shortcut for generating a whole set of worksheets in seconds:
1️⃣ Create a list of your items (months, regions, etc.)
2️⃣ Insert a PivotTable from your list
3️⃣ Drag your field into the Filters area
4️⃣ Go to PivotTable Analyze > Options > Show Report Filter Pages
5️⃣ Instantly get a worksheet for every item in your list

This is a lifesaver for monthly reports, regional breakdowns, or any recurring templates. It’s one of those tricks that makes you look like an Excel wizard.

This 10-second Excel tip will save you hours. ⚡

I used to manually type =SUM() for every row and column I needed to total. It was tedious and slow, especially in large reports. Learning this one shortcut probably saved me hours in my first week alone.

Here’s the hack:
 1️⃣ Select your entire data range, including the empty cells where you want the totals.
 2️⃣ Press Alt + = (Alt and the equals key at the same time).
 3️⃣ That’s it. Excel instantly adds all the row and column totals for you.

This is my go-to for financial statements, sales reports, or any table where I need quick totals. It’s one of the most satisfying shortcuts because it does so much work with just one key combination.

It’s a fundamental trick that every Excel user should know. It’s fast, accurate, and makes you look like a pro.

How to randomly assign teams. 🎲

Random team assignments used to mean drawing names out of a hat. Now, I use a formula that shuffles and assigns teams instantly—no bias, no repeats.

Here’s how I do it:
 1️⃣ List all participants in a column
 2️⃣ Use RANDARRAY and SORTBY to shuffle the list
 3️⃣ Use WRAPROWS to split into teams
 4️⃣ Adjust the number of teams as needed
 5️⃣ Refresh to reshuffle anytime
