This company brought me as a marketing coordinator. We have worked together to implement
content marketing and lead generation strategies for their brands — CHWTraining and Talance.
In this capacity, I’ve:
• Grown the email list by 47% and increased the average open rate from ~25% average to a
consistent 35%
• Implemented a content strategy that has allowed us to reach top 5 rankings in multiple highvalue niche keywords (including CHW core competencies, California CHW, and CHW skills)
• Created a production system that allows us to share weekly blog posts and newsletters, and
quarterly downloads with less than 10 hours of work per week
Additionally, I work as a project coordinator in course development projects. In this capacity, I’ve
now successfully coordinated the launch of 5 courses in the span of 5 months, and counting.


Just Add Moxie (Web Design Agency) | Mar 2021 - Ongoing
As a marketing coordinator, I work with the founder to create and implement marketing and sales
strategies, including the ideation and development of new products, like the Website Workshop and
Website Content Planner.
Additionally, I develop the content strategy and write blogs, email campaigns and sequences, and
social content (Instagram and Pinterest). In the years we've worked together, we have successfully
launched several products, including a Website Workshop in 2022. Our first campaign together was
the launch of a Sales Page Builder in the spring of 2021 which in just 5 days generated sales 2x higher
than average months for the business. We've since organized at least two yearly launches, including
low ticket templates and custom web services, as well as copywriting consultations.

included a combination of social media, email marketing, and blogs. I communicated directly with
the clients, leading monthly meetings and presenting performance reports. On the agency side, I
managed designers, writers, and social media managers, as well as directed the strategy and
conducted performance monitoring.
Some client achievements:
• Increased organic website traffic with Facebook as a source by 1215% YoY
• Increased website traffic with Pinterest as a source by 128% YoY

including writing SEO-focused content and optimizing existing pages. The organic strategy included a
YouTube channel with educational content and a blog covering topics for service-based business
owners transitioning to the digital space. And as the pandemic hit, I helped pivot the agency from
pre- to post-pandemic offers, including a flash website and lower-tier offers to create affordable
websites for businesses that needed to pivot online.
In this role, I:
• Increased organic website traffic 64.5% between July and October 2019 by implementing SEO best
practices
