As owner of and licensed marriage and family therapist at Eleni Paris, LMFT, LLC, I work from a strength-based, family systems approach, specializing in Solution-Oriented, Emotionally Focused, Imago, and Narrative Therapies.

My clinical framework addresses each individual’s, couple’s, or family’s stage of life while helping them explore, appreciate, and grow from their unique life story.

With a warm and collaborative style, I integrate relationship coaching techniques that support couples in deepening communication, strengthening bonds between parents and children, and enhancing overall well-being.

In addition to therapy, I offer 1:1 "Life by Design" and "Interpersonal Communications" coaching programs to help individuals elevate both personal and professional goals.

I bring over 25 years of professional experience, including clinical work, workshops and seminars, support groups, writing contributions, interdisciplinary collaboration, and wellness/healthy living coaching.

I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist in Florida with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, both from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

I’m a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and have been published in the Journal of Marital and Family Therapy.

On a personal note, I enjoy spending time with my family, taking nature walks, traveling, exploring Florida (and beyond), gardening, writing poetry, and staying active through yoga, dance, and other movement practices that keep me healthy, grounded, and inspired.

What is this smile built from? 
When you glow with joy, peace,
and gratitude. “How?” they ask. 
“It is built on love, and love alone.” 

Even amongst the pain and sorrow, 
they witness a sparkle dancing in your eyes.
People wonder in awe and question, “Why?”
And you answer, “It was all built on love, and love alone.” 

To the ones that try to dim that light, 
perhaps hoping you can share in that descend. 
You want to empathize, you care. You understand. 
But you cannot erase what has been built with LOVE. 

So, although human and sometimes broken, 
you proceed to smile, sparkle, extend grace.
You keep on shining and exuding that Light.
For the LOVE built in you is permanent and enduring.

This poem may or may not include a personal event, a real event, real feelings of mine or others. It is a creative expression, that touches both the personal and professional, weaving both the mind and the heart, for my work as a therapist beautifully encapsulates both.

Usually, this ties to being grateful for the simple things. 

And yet, these are not just “simple”; they can significantly impact our overall outlook and fulfillment in life.
