After many meaningful years with APT Search, and more recently with LT Harper, it feels like the right time to close this chapter and begin a new one.

APT started as a small idea — one focused on people, relationships, and doing recruitment differently in the eDiscovery and LegalTech world. I’ll always be proud of what we built, the friendships made, and the impact it’s had across the community.

There have been highs, challenges, and a lot of learning along the way — both professionally and personally. I’m grateful to everyone who’s been part of that journey, whether as a colleague, client, candidate, or friend.

As I step away from APT and LT Harper, I’m excited to announce what’s next: 

Beyond Discovery Consulting — a consultancy created to help people and businesses in the eDiscovery and LegalTech space find clarity, build confidence, and grow sustainably.

Through a mix of Business Development strategy, Fractional Growth support, and Career Coaching, my aim is simple: to help others move forward with purpose and perspective — just as I am now.
