I love communicating with teams, solving problems both complex as well as expressing those findings visually. I discovered late in life that I am skilled at Data Analysis and, with my background training in Graphic Design, creating visualisations for those findings was truly enjoyable. I believe it is never too late to reinvent yourself, to learn new skills or to become something greater than what you are at present. I fully agree with and try to live by what Simon Sinek has taught us about being a leader. The best aren't the top performers, rather the best are the ones who bring out the best in their teams. Being a leader isn't about winning always. It's about making sure those you lead are developing their skills and growing in their careers. If THEY succeed, YOU succeed.
