Some SaaS teams think they have a pricing problem.

They don’t.
They have a packaging problem.

Here’s a simple example👇

You sell one type of coffee.

Flat $3.

Some customers are fine with it.
Some would’ve paid $6.
Some only want to pay $1, 
and they’re the ones giving you feedback.

So you drop the price to $2.

Now your margins shrink.
And you’re still not selling more coffee.

The problem wasn’t the price point.

It was the structure.

Instead, you offer:
Drip coffee = $2
Latte = $4
Specialty = $6.50

Same coffee beans.
Better monetization.

You didn’t change the product.
You changed the packaging.

If your SaaS feels too expensive for some and too cheap for others.

Don’t adjust your pricing.

Adjust how you sell it.
