•	Pioneered the integration of all North American plants in an annual conference setting post-merger of Ecolab, Nalco, and Champion, emphasizing corporate-level risk mitigation.

During this period, I enabled the execution of Dow work processes and standards, including Operate Plant Work Processes, Global Maintenance Work Processes, Environment Health &Safety improvements, and Reliability. I leveraged my exceptional leadership skills for the development and execution of plant-specific goals and action plans in collaboration with various work teams.
•	Led analysis of plant performance versus production plans, plant performance indices, and quality criteria.

Senior Production Engineer, Sulfuric Acid Recovery

During this tenure, I managed the operation of fixed catalytic bed reactors, thermal treatment unit, distillation, absorption, stripping columns, and the associated heat exchangers and storage equipment. Additionally, I led the effort in the repairs of a fixed catalytic bed reactor, as a result, saved 400 Mlb/day Asset Capability.
•	Explored and delivered profit margin on 15 heat exchangers and furnace tubes on the plant site and generated $2M of value to the Chlor-Vinyl business during the decommissioning phase.
•	Trained Six Sigma effort to reduce hydro blasting in decommissioning of Vinyl II plant, critical path decommissioning turn-around, resulting in 30% cost minimization by preventing unnecessary cleaning.
