With a successful 17-year career in the manufacturing, healthcare, consulting, software development, non-profit and renewable energy industries, I have a track record of driving performance and growth through the implementation of right-sized strategies that provide long lasting results.

Our order fulfillment team came across this note while packing an order, and everything paused for a moment. In the middle of barcodes, pick lists, and logistics, there was a simple reminder of why we do this.

Up to 300 orders a day are hand-fulfilled by a small army of team leads and volunteers who believe:
 • Dignity is about convenience when life gets hard
 • Healthy food should never be a luxury
 • And access matters just as much as availability

When customers place an order, they see everything the moment it hits our loading dock. It goes live immediately so the freshest food moves the fastest, from dock to locker with care.

Seeing gratitude show up where instructions usually live was incredibly meaningful for our team. Proof that the details matter. The people matter. And that this work is making a real difference, one order at a time.
