Yesterday I was out of my depth sat in Brad Sugars’ Billionaire Boardroom. 🤯

It was one of those sessions that completely resets how you think about business growth.
Because sometimes, as business owners, we’re too close to the day-to-day to see what’s really possible.

Here are my Top 3 Takeaways for small business owners 👇

1️⃣ Set goals that scare you.
If you already know how to achieve it — it’s not a goal, it’s a to-do list.

Big goals force you to learn, innovate, and evolve into the person (and company) capable of achieving them.

2️⃣ Remove the 80%.
80% of what we do doesn’t move the needle.

If it’s not driving growth, customer experience, or profit stop doing it. Focus on the 20% that truly matters.

3️⃣ Put yourself under pressure.
Nothing grows without pressure.

Set tighter timeframes, commit publicly, and hold yourself accountable. Growth happens in the stretch.
