A member of the senior management team of a leading UK Managed Services Provider. As a leadership team, we embarked on a journey that doubled the size of the business through organic growth and acquisition, before being successfully acquired in 2019.

My role was to look at what came next for the business as we grew, to ensure that we evolved to meet the changing needs of our team, clients and the market as a whole, and to retain our position as a market leader.

Reporting to the co-founder and leading:

- Identification and launch of new services and products to grow the recurring revenue of the business and enable clients to exceed their goals and grow.
- Client education and awareness events, as well as being a technology evangelist for the business externally in the channel.
- Continuous improvement of internal systems and data platforms, to enable the business' teams to operate more efficiently and protect critical data.
- Quality management to achieve our required business certifications and standards.
