Not from lack of effort. But because no one explained the rules of the game.

➔ Error 1: Using AI to spray comments everywhere.

I’ve seen people leave 50 AI-generated comments a day….Result? 

Zero real connections
zero conversations
zero clients.

LinkedIn isn’t a numbers game. It’s a relationships game.

When you comment, write for everyone reading the thread, not just the author.

 ➔ Error 2: Posting without engaging with anyone first

They hit publish. Then wait for the magic to happen.

But LinkedIn rewards engagement, not just posting. 

If you haven't commented on other people's content, haven't built any relationships, your post will fall flat.

Spend time in other people's comments sections first. 

Show up. 
Add value. 
Then when you post.

 ➔ Error 3: Waiting until everything is perfect

The optimized profile. 
The “defined strategy”.
The finished content calendar.

Meanwhile, weeks pass. Months.

Truth is: your first post won’t be perfect. And that’s fine.

What matters is starting. 
Posting consistently. 
Learning as you go.

We talked for half an hour. I shared what I did as a Breathwork coach, and she didn’t hesitate for a second to want to work with me.

This didn’t happen because of a cold pitch - just trust built with my brand and reinforced 1:1.

What worked:

1. Show up where your people are.
↳ Live events and commenting on their LinkedIn posts.

2. Consistency builds memory.
↳ I posted 3 themes about improving respiratory efficiency for 90 days. She didn’t need to remember my name.

3. Questions, not pitches:
↳ Ask what they are working on. Listen. Empathy and emotional intelligence build connections.

Remember this: Your personal brand builds relationships at scale, you earn trust, you sustain it with content, and you make buying easy.

1. Breathe through your nose
↳ your nose has 30+ structures that guarantee proper air filtration

2. Slow your breath
↳ the ideal number at rest is between 6 and 8 breaths per minute (it can be trained - and you can start from point 3!)

3. Keep it light
↳ get used to breathing for 5 min in the morning and 5 min in the evening with 30% of the air you usually use (creating a sustainable air hunger). 

4. Practice it daily 
↳ you’ll slowly become more and more aware and in control of your breath.

By training little by little, your breathing will become silent, slow, and deep - ALWAYS.

⇀ You’ll feel calmer
⇀ You’ll recover faster
⇀ You’ll perform stronger

And remember. Your breath is always with you. Never underestimate it!

How to write better content on LinkedIn?

Train first… then hit the page.

That's the same tips that I give to Iper Achivers during my coaching session on Personal Branding... 

when they don't find the inspiration for content.

Some years ago, I used to force ideas at the desk. 

Disappointing outcomes,
very slow progress, 
messy drafts.

Then I flipped the order: train first, write second.

Result?

tighter arguments
sharper hooks
faster edits.

Why it works?

Exercise boosts blood flow and executive function.

And here's my 60-minute pre-writing protocol:

- 30 min zone-2 cardio
- 15 min mobility/strength
- 5 min outline 10 bullets on paper 
- 5–10 min choose one angle, then 30 min deep work

No feeds or inbox for 60 min before writing.
Same place, same playlist, timer on.

I would be surprised if at the end of all this you won’t come up with interesting things to write.

Because remember… mind and body are one - and to work well, each needs the other.

→ 3 strength sessions/week (25–35 min, compound lifts)

→ 2 Zone 2 cardio sessions/week (30–40 min run/bike)

→ 1 post-session breath block (6–10 min nasal, 4s in / 6–8s out)

→ 90 seconds before big meetings: slow nasal breaths + tall posture reset

Pro tip: In a single session you can train both strength and cardio… (that’s why I love CrossFit).

You’ll start seeing results from the first week.

But wait a few months, and you’ll see your life change.

Completely.
