The goal was to convert complex datasets into clear graphics like infographics and charts. This simplified communication and engaged the audience.

I had the opportunity to lead the creative direction and UX design for Coca-Cola’s award-winning Happiness Factory interactive experience. 

The goal was to bring the brand’s whimsical world to life through immersive storytelling and character-driven micro-experiences. Our team developed dynamic 3D visuals, interactive games, and mobile-optimized designs that captivated users globally. 

The campaign earned major recognition, including Webby and FWA awards, and significantly boosted engagement, reinforcing Coca-Cola’s joyful brand message. 🎉🍾

✅ Make it clear where members stand in the rewards process to keep them engaged.
✅ Activities to earn badges should be increased. (KPI)

I collaborated with Neiman Marcus on redesigning their client profile experience to enhance luxury retail interactions.

The Challenge: They needed a personalized tool for sales associates, as the current setup lacked intuitive navigation and data visibility.

Our Approach: We used workshops and a mobile-first design in Figma, resulting in an intuitive interface for better customer connections.

The Outcome: The redesigned interface has received positive feedback in Phase 1, with Phase 2 aimed at further enhancing the client experience. This project showcased how effective UX/UI design can align business goals with customer satisfaction.

Find out how we redesigned the UT Southwestern Medical Center website. We focused on improving client experience, navigation, and content accessibility. The project integrated Epic data, developed a structured content mapping system, and implemented a dynamic appointment system.

This is the day I graduated high school. A day most look forward to, not me. By then, most of my family had migrated off the island, and my grandmother had transitioned to her eternal rest. Attending graduation alone had no appeal.

Honestly, school bored me. But I’m grateful for the opportunities it gave me, especially getting to meet my art teacher, Mrs. McCarthy.

At the eleventh hour, my neighbor Lorna showed up. She said she was excited for my achievements and offered to take me.

This is not a sad story. This is a story of recognition, for those around us who encourage good despite our circumstances.
