Head of Health Plan Sales 

I lead our Strategic Accounts team working with the country's largest hospitals and health systems as they evaluate and implement Notable's technology. I'm focused on expanding the work with our Epic partners to provide an automation platform that complements the EHR, but provides real cost savings and revenue creation. 

We've seen organizations make meaningful impact to their patient experience and bottom line in several areas including: population health management, prior authorization automation, self-service scheduling, and fully automated pre-registration and intake (for staff and patients). 

The executives I work with are trying to do the hard things - make change in an industry that historically is last to invest in meaningful technology for their staff and their consumers (patients). I'd love to share more about those executives and the work they've done at places like Sanford Health, MUSC, Presbyterian Health Services, Community Health Network, Intermountain, Montefiore, Montage Health, Gillette Children's, NKCH, and more.

In my Mid Market role, I specialized in our Education Vertical and worked with colleges and universities in Wisconsin and Michigan. Our college and university partners are leveraging the same technology available to our for-profit customers to solve business problems and create greater efficiencies in marketing, enrollment, admissions, fundraising, student advising and student satisfaction. At the end of the day, Salesforce moves universities from a system of record to a system of engagement.

Account Executive, Mid Market

In my role as GRB Account Executive at Salesforce, I supported businesses from Kansas City to Little Rock. These customers ranged across industries, but included technology, manufacturing and professional services companies. 

As a core AE, I was responsible for working with customers to identify the appropriate enterprise solution across Salesforce's full product suite including sales, service, marketing, and platform. Another key component of success for was co-selling with Salesforce's ISV and SI partners to create the combined solution and implementation plan to ensure customer success.  

I was promoted to Senior AE in June 2018.

Senior Account Executive, Commercial Growth Business

I was promoted in July 2015 to Director based on individual performance. As a Director, New Business Development, I continued my individual contributor role, but was also asked to take on product launch and NPD responsibilities. 

Highlights include: 

2015 Piloted first combined sales and account management role for EAB-  I was responsible for sales and renewals across EAB’s full product suite for 20 long term clients. My portfolio included $3.5 million of existing contract value and had seen little to know growth across previous 3 years. By combining the account management and sales responsibilities I was able to develop trusted relationships that grew revenue in this territory by over 20% in one year. 

2016: Launched first product in K-12 market- Responsible for product positioning in new market, identifying TAM, understanding pricing sensitivity, and communicating market needs to EAB Executives. Ended the year in top 5% of sales performance across the firm.

Director, New Business Development 

EAB is the leading provider of research, technology and consulting services to over 2,500 colleges and universities across the country. 

This was my first individual contributor role. In my two years as an Associate Director, I conducted over 350 executive presentations (majority onsite) across EAB’s 10 research memberships (ACV ~$20,000). I meet or exceeded goal each half and generated over $1.2 million in year one revenue. 
I was in the top 1% of lead passers across the firm helping to drive revenue across products I did not directly manage or at institutions that were no longer in my territory. This resulted in over $700,000 of additional firm revenue.

Across my time at EAB, I directly managed 5 associates. Management responsibilities included onboarding, product and role training, territory planning, and performance reviews.

Associate Director, New Business Development

Marketing Associates were responsible for all outbound prospecting activities. I worked directly with a Senior Director, New Business Development to develop strategic outreach campaigns on a new product launch. My prospecting efforts created over 80 revenue opportunities in eight months that led to over $500,000 in revenue.

One of my proudest accomplishments was my time spent writing for the IDS. I had regular sports beats that included Women's Basketball, Swimming and Diving, National Sports Column and Hoosiers Sports Column. 

My work at the IDS taught me efficiency, time-management and responsive that I use in my career every day. That's why I refuse to take it off my LinkedIn after all these years!

From my first meeting with a CFO in his office in Menomonie, Wisconsin at 23 years old to today, I view my job as being the ultimate problem solver. How can we collectively take big, complex problems, synthesize them, and identify a solution that will drive an outcome.

With 10+ years of experience, I've learned a few lessons as I went from selling best practice research memberships at the Advisory Board Company to digital transformation partnerships at Notable: 1. Don't sell shelfware. Nothing is worse than doing all the work and no one using it. 2. Be transparent of what is needed from both sides for a partnership to be successful. There is no easy button for change and we shouldn't pretend there is. 3. Relationships matter. 

I do my best work when I can combine a curiosity and passion for an industry. This brought me to Notable and is what has kept me there. I am working with colleagues and customers who are trying to solve really hard problems. I get to spend my time taking GTM strategies and product from 0-1 and then help them scale across the organization. 

Prior to joining Notable, I was at Salesforce and in the Salesforce ecosystem. My time has been spent in various industries including SaaS sales, professional services, and research from SMB to F500 and higher education to healthcare.

I am a member of the IU Angel Network through IU Ventures. This group gives me the opportunity to participate in investments in early stage companies with ties to Indiana University. I’ve enjoyed the chance to learn from and invest in early stage CPG and SaaS companies and take a focus in investing in women owned and run companies.

A quick, but jam packed trip to HIMSS . I’m not sure if anyone has heard, but Agentic AI is taking over healthcare. 

There is a ton of opportunity and desire to move fast, but the reality of making sure it is safe in a healthcare environment still exists. 

It confirms the importance of the safety and clinical testing that exists within Hippocratic AI. Excited to see all the ideas come to action.
