I used to post daily just to stay visible.
Motivational lines. Tips. Carousels.
Some worked. Most didn’t.

But when I looked deeper,

Lara said LinkedIn now rewards expertise.

Not volume.

Take note of everything.

a podcast episode today
from TheFutur on YouTube.

And as a fan from the #Philippines
this honestly felt like homework...

I always wanted to do.

Because somewhere in that conversation.

I realized... 

posting content 
isn’t the work.

Showing up is.

and hey...

“You’re not famous enough
to post and ghost.”

And he’s right.

Most of us post, disappear,
then complain about reach.
But Jasmin said it clearly...

You don’t earn trust by posting.
You earn it by being there.

What I learned from that episode:

You don’t need 100 clients.
Sometimes 3, 5, or 10...
can already fill your plate.

Comments are not extra.
Comments are content.

Posting and leaving is like saying...

“Thanks for your attention,
but your voice doesn’t matter.”

Scheduling content is fine...
but only if you still show up.
If the content goes live
and you don’t… 

that’s ghosting.

What I’m doing differently now:

If I can’t reply,
I won’t post that day.

Blocking 30 minutes daily
only for commenting...
not scrolling.

Stop chasing reach.
Start earning attention.

Treat comments like conversation,
not leftovers after posting.

Small reminder to myself:

Reach is just a number.

Profile views and real DMs
matter more.

You don’t need to go viral.
You need to be consistent
and present.

Funny thing? 😅

I used to struggle daily.

Staring at the screen.
Overthinking every hook.
Waiting for inspiration to appear.

And it works like this:

1. Interest Alignment
I list what I care about.
Then what my audience cares about.
Only the overlapping topics stay.
No passion? I don’t post it.
No demand? I don’t force it.

2. Idea Matchmaking
Each topic is tested with formats:
- stories
- mistakes
- questions
- lessons
- workflows

One topic becomes multiple angles.
Creativity becomes structure.

3. Subtopic Breakdown
I take one strong idea and ask:
- What myths exist around this?
- What are the common mistakes?
- What steps would I teach someone?
- What story proves this is true?

That turns one idea into ten.

4. Detail Exploration
This is the part people skip.
I go deeper, not louder.
- client example 
- personal failure 
- documented data 
- hardcore truth.

This is where content becomes valuable.
Not just “motivational content.”

5. Content Calendar Planning
No more random posting.
I assign the idea a format.
Platform, posting date, CTA, status.
Ideas now have deadlines.
Not pressure at midnight.

6. Feedback Review
This is the cheat code.
After posting, I document:
- What worked, what didn’t work?
- What comments were repeated the most?
- What to change or double down?

Results turn into better content.

I choose to rebuild again
Not with frustration
But with conviction

To create things that last longer than trends
To design systems that do not collapse
When one person leaves
Or when costs get tight

Because views are not the real win
Consistency is
Momentum is
The lives you impact quietly
Without them ever knowing your name

If you are building something right now
And it feels like no one sees it
Keep going

Your first ninety days might change everything
But only if you refuse to quit on day thirty

These are my 10 non-negotiables
I’d do EVERY DAY:

01. Post one short-form video daily.
Your face builds trust faster than text.

02. Comment with intention, not volume.
1 thoughtful main comment, 3 replies per thread.

03. Talk about one problem repeatedly.
Repetition builds recall. Recall builds authority.

04. Document, don’t perform.
Show the process. Show the work. Show the thinking.

05. Use your DMs to build context, not pitch.
Ask. Listen. Diagnose. Don’t chase.

06. Share real results or real attempts.
People trust what they can verify.

07. Tell one short story per week.
Stories create emotional memory. Memory = trust.

08. Audit your own feed weekly.
If you wouldn’t follow you… fix it.

09. Speak to people who are already looking.
Don’t convince the uninterested. Filter, don’t chase.

10. Have a clear “work with me” path.
Confused buyers don’t convert.

Because at the end of the day:
LinkedIn doesn’t reward consistency.
It rewards clarity, relevance, and conviction.
