I’ve got a beef with AI tools.

And I don't use any AI tools in my system.

But every freaking day, I see a new 'AI Influencer.' '5+ AI tools to try'…'10 AI tools for writing'… and the list never ends.

And these people will tell you that AI will replace writers, coders, or marketers.

Whereas AI can't write with emotions.
AI can't give you error-free tasks.
AI can't give you experience.

20+ AI tools don’t make your life easy, they make your life absolutely horrible.

(And it’s better if I don’t even start talking about security.)

Those people who brag about writing everything with AI? Go check their writing:

Full of em dashes.
Full of marketing jargon.
They don’t even know what they wrote.

I’m not anti-AI, but I don’t believe AI is the only way.

I love inefficiency.
I love mistakes.
I love H2H connections.

Will I ever use an AI tool? Sure, if it’s needed.
But will I ever completely depend on it? Never.

AI won’t replace us, we’ll replace ourselves with AI.

P.S. Do you use AI in your process?

I have a request for you:

1. Please stop calling everything a 'scam.'  
2. Please stop calling everything 'dead.'
3. Please stop criticizing others’ work unfairly.

You don’t need to put others down to prove yourself superior.

Mind your own business.

Let others do theirs.

I'm a newsletter junkie and an Email marketer.

Everything I do leads back to email, so

If I were working with a client who felt frustrated that their emails weren’t converting

Here’s exactly how I’d handle it:

First, I would run a simple email health check. I would look at three things.

Are we using storytelling or only selling?
Is the email cadence consistent?
Is the call to value/action clear?

Then I would hop on a quick call to understand what is actually happening.

Mostly, it is the lack of a clear customer journey.

So I would create a simple retention flow.

Welcome -> nurture -> support -> reinforce -> invite.

Retention marketing is all about consistency.

P.S. Do you struggle with keeping clients engaged?

6 months ago, I helped an omni marketing agency.

They hired me for their client's work.

Their client was struggling with 3 major issues:

1. No clear content strategy
2. No roadmap for distribution
3. Not enough time to execute everything

So, I took over, and here's what I did:

1. After onboarding, I conducted a 15-min call
2. Understood everything they needed
3. The client details, goals and all

Then I laid out a clear content strategy, distribution plan and asked for the ownership of the work.

I don't and can't work with people who keep the baton in their hand and instruct me.

If someone is hiring me, then I'll decide on the 80%.
Because I've got the skills and applied earlier.
I don't work with people who micromanage.

Well, after working with them,

1. They started getting leads
2. They built their content system
3. And finally got a brand recognition

If you know your audience & have a system in place.

Everything is doable.

P.S. Do you've a clear content strategy?

The actual reason clients ignore your emails.

You keep talking about you, not them.

Clients open emails for one reason.

They want help with their pain points.
They want insights they can apply today.
They do not want your personal updates.

Most coaches forget this simple thing.

You write long emails about yourself.
You share updates no one asked for.
You teach too many things at once.

You overwhelm the reader without realising it.

When clients feel overwhelmed, they unsubscribe.

Here's a quick fix:

Solve 1 of their problem with each email.
Make it relevant for them and easy too.
Make them think, 'Yes, that’s me.'

Being valuable changes the game.

Stop talking about you.
Start talking about them.

This is the cheat code you were not using.

P.S. Do you send emails daily?

'Is there any framework to write a newsletter?'

Well, yes, why not? I've got it all. 

I use a framework called STRIPE. 

Here's how it works: 

1. Setup

You need to increase the interest of the readers. 

So…Start with a relatable story that grabs attention. 

The engagement rate would be high. 

You’ll see the same with Insideletter, too.

2. Tip

The next step would be to validate the setup. So you need to share an actionable tip or insight. Your goal is to retain them for the next part.

3. Reveal offer

Plug your product, service or lead magnet. Make it feel like the obvious next step. Don't sell. Project it as a solution for them. It varies based on the business model.

4. Invite

If you don’t lead them, they will not take any action. So, you gotta send them in a desired direction. Like, buying an ebook or any course or any product.

5. Prompt

This step is a must. You need to ask them to share your newsletter every freaking time. Give them some sort of reward so they forward your newsletter. 

I’d recommend using the same template every time. 

6. Engage

Reply rate matters the most, so you need to act on it. I always suggest asking them to reply and hit a poll. Ask for an easy task, don’t ask too much, please.

It's the best format you’ll ever use.

Now let me give you a bonus (Template)

First, once you write the subject line and preheader, consider formatting your newsletter like this:

Read time - It helps the readers to set expectations.  

About - Add it to every edition, mention why they should read your newsletter in just 2 lines, because every day someone new is reading your newsletter. 

Body - Here you’ll write the body copy using the Stripe framework. 

Share - You need to ask them to share it with their friends in exchange for a reward.

Extra - This is not compulsory, but if you’ve any other newsletter or want to promote any service, then you can add something.

1. I plan out everything in advance. 

I plan everything in advance. 
Be it the content, be it the distribution. 
Next month's stuff is sorted from now on. 

2. I have a system for everything.  

I've a system to distribute the content.   
I've a system to work with sponsors. 
So, I can focus on the main thing. 

3. I batch-create content 

If we talk about today, then 
I've 3 months' worth of content ready. 
I don't keep anything for the last moment. 

System matters the most.

Don't wait, make 2026 your best year.

Are you getting a huge no of unsubscribes every day?

Just because you're selling too much.

Usually, people subscribe to your email list because:

- They trust your offer
- They’re in high pain and need help now
- They’re looking for a long-term solution

But the moment you sell them desperately, they're gone. Here's how I operate this:

1. Build trust: I show that you know your game and build a relationship with the list.

2. Segmentation: I categorise the email list according to the buyer journey.

3. Soft sell: I teach a concept → give a case study → mention how your coaching helped.

4. 80/20 rule: I provide value 80% of the time and sell 20% of the time. It's a must.

5. Benefit-focused offers: I focus on what problem your product solves. Use social proof.

6. Sequence: I create multiple email sequences. Welcome, nurture, launch and post purchase.

7. Make it easy to say 'yes': I make the process stupidly simple.

And after that, I keep ideating until I find the winning horse.

Selling is an art. Do it better.
