I started Startup Onramp nine years ago based on a hunch: that helping founders get the first steps right would materially improve their long-term success.

That’s proven true. We’ve now helped over 2,000 founders validate their ideas and learn startup best practice, and many of them have gone on to build amazing businesses.

But there’s another challenge: How do we help founders to keep making progress?

It’s one thing to do a pre-accelerator, a course or a mentoring session. . . but what happens after that?

I’ve come to realise that founders make the most meaningful progress when they’re surrounded by other founders, and by experienced coaches and mentors. Not just for a few weeks, but longer term.

So I’ve been working quietly on something designed to support founders in a deeper, longer-term way.
