- It forces you to outgrow habits.
- Outgrow environments.
- Sometimes even outgrow people.

Because here’s the truth most people won’t say:

• Generic advice
• Recycled insights
• Safe opinions
• Surface-level thinking

AI doesn’t threaten real authority.
It exposes the lack of it.

And this is the shift most leaders aren’t ready for.

AI will reward:

AI will simply automate the noise.

The leaders who win in this era won’t:
