As a Member of the Board of Directors I provide guidance in the areas of M&A, marketing, restructuring, and growth of the Company. I have been working with Endexx since February as part of an engagement that Integrum Worldwide had with the Company to help restructure and grow the business on the back of its acquisition of Hyla and I officially joined the board in October of 2023.

Hyla is currently being distributed in 10 countries and has signed distribution agreements with an additional nine countries. Due to recent customer demand, Hyla is now expanding its botanical product line of vapes to include nicotine versions in certain international markets where the product is regulated and allowed for sale.

The Stadiumred Group was a global marketing agency holding company that evolved over a 15 year period from 2007 until 2022 into a near $70M revenue business with almost 100 employees. The company grew via making acquisitions and growing its core business organically. While the company did start in the music industry, Stadiumred sold off or shed all its music assets by 2014 transitioning fully into the marketing and advertising industry. The group experienced most of its growth during the following period until ultimately dissolving in 2022 due to covid complications and after selling off two of its top performing companies to the group's primary investors. 

Over its existence Stadiumred Group acquired and operated Gyrosity Projects, MagicBullet Media, SevenBlue, Creative Riff and Mediakix. The company also operated a venture business called Stadiumred Ventures.
