DMs don’t come from “good content.”
DMs come from emotional progression.

Here’s the real sequence:
1. “This is literally me.”
They see their real life in your post.
Example (health coach):
“You woke up bloated again and you don’t know why.”
Instant recognition.

2. “This person understands how I feel.”
You name the emotion behind the moment:
Eg: “Annoyed that nothing is changing”
Now they feel seen and understood. 



3. “So THAT’S why I’m stuck.”
You drop one simple reason why it’s not working.
Something like:
“Your hormones and stress levels can mask progress.”
They gain clarity, and trust you.

4. “Maybe they can help me.”
This is the shift.
From “good post” → “If they can explain “me” this clearly, they can help me”

5. “Let me just ask.”
That’s the DM moment.
Not because you sold hard,
but because their mind said:
“I’m safe with this person.”

If your content doesn’t guide buyers through this emotional path,

they’ll read your post, and still scroll past you.
Every time.

Every post I write passes through 3 filters.
Fail one, and it never sees the light of day.

That’s how I make sure each content gets it’s job done right.

The 3 filters:
1️⃣ Will someone “feel seen” reading this?
Each post should make my reader go, “that’s me”. That’s how I get the attention of the exact person I want.
Emotion before information, always.

2️⃣ Can someone summarize my point in 1 line?
My point must be instantly clear. No brain gymnastics required.
Clarity builds authority.


3️⃣ Does this lead somewhere?
Every post must move my reader. Either toward a thought, a shift, or my offer. It’s intentional. 
If it doesn’t move, it doesn’t convert.

These 3 filters ensure I don’t just “post consistently”, 

But always intentionally. 

I’m not obsessed with creating “good” posts.

I’m obsessed with;
-> making someone feel seen.
-> making my point clear.
-> moving my reader to a new point.

Save this. Filter each content before you post.

The real reason people act is tension, not tips.

I learned it when one simple post pulled more clients than any ‘10-step guide’ ever did.

• Name their pain in one clean line.

• Show the outcome they actually want.

• Don’t close the gap. Leave it open.
Give them a next step.

Hook: “You post every week and still get no clients.”
Pain: “Because your posts fix problems, instead of creating the need to pay.”
Outcome: “Imagine clients DM’ing you first, already warmed up.”
Next step: “If you want that, DM me ‘strategy’ and I’ll send the 3-line template I use.”

That’s the pull: pain → desire → next step. 

It makes the reader feel the problem.
It shows a simple outcome.
It gives one next step.

That’s tension. And that’s why people act.

Start convos with 5 new people daily. 3 ideal clients, 2 others. Deals overflow in the DMs. 

-> Do not pay attention to noise. Laser focus on doing these CONSISTENTLY.

Do things right, you’ll win.
