Airportr is a service that eliminates luggage hassle for international travelers by providing home collection, automatic check-in, and carousel retrieval upon landing.

Working directly with Product Management and UX teams to develop comprehensive product messaging and website redesign. 

My contributions include:

- Creating detailed user personas and customer journey maps
- Developing messaging frameworks and product stories for the entire booking funnel
- Designing targeted landing pages for each customer persona
- Providing strategic recommendations for website, product, and copy improvements
- Utilizing collaboration tools like Figma and conducting user testing via Userbrain to validate new landing page designs

Jelly helps restaurant manage their food costs, used by 1k+ restaurants

- Conducted CRM analysis of 750 accounts to identify ideal customer profile: kitchen execs at multi-site restaurants with frequent menu changes that are less than 5 years old. 

- Reduced sales touch points from 6 to 2 calls per deal and improved Google Ad conversion rates 60% by developing and testing targeted messaging around cost control during price volatility. 

- Identified and created content for new Go to Market opportunities, including kitchen tech expos Jelly's Ideal Customers attended resulting in a pipeline of 200% ROI 

- Uncovered significant pricing opportunity through competitor analysis, identifying potential to triple pricing while maintaining positioning 

- Led 20 customer interviews that revealed how Jelly’s product could become stickier: Real-time stock takes, real time alerts on price changes of expensive ingredients.

- Led cross-functional growth team of 6 members, generating £750,000 in new revenue streams, contributing 50% of the company's total revenue growth over 18 months which included localized SEO for Big LATAM brand Falabella

- Identified partners in the UK agency space and arranged co-hosted events that drove 40% of new UK business.

- A/B tested the partner newsletter (nurture sequence), achieving industry-leading engagement with 80% open rates (up from 40%) and 19% click-through rates (up from 1.6%) across 5,000 subscribers securing US enterprise clients like Ruderfinn.

Mission driven E-commerce coffee shipping from Colombia to the USA and EU. 

Our initiative aimed to accelerate agroforestry coffee production in Colombia through an innovative financial model. We connected large farms already practicing agroforestry techniques and possessing excess processing capacity with smaller farms interested in transitioning to sustainable methods. This approach helped smaller farms reduce their dependence on costly pesticides while increasing their product's market value, creating a mutually beneficial ecosystem for sustainable coffee production.

We managed the comprehensive coffee supply chain, orchestrating direct farm purchasing, processing operations, and international shipping logistics to ensure quality and sustainability at every stage.

- Accelerated to $3k revenue 6 months of launch through price testing and optimising bundles

- Acquired 120 customers through a multichannel product launches, optimised efforts to channels with lowest cost per acquisition (Instagram co-marketing) and highest customer lifetime value (40% of repeat purchasers were from LinkedIn).
