Supported Oracle databases, user permissions, and lab equipment in a 24/7 on-call environment for a steel facility that earned an average monthly profit of over $6 million
Composed project timelines, technical documents, and presentations that supported E-Commerce and CRM initiatives for our pilot CRM launch. Tools included SalesLogix, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Developed, tested, and implemented software interfaces using Access 2003, VBA, VB 6.0 and VB.NET to provide data on commodities critical to steel making
Gathered requirements and developed reporting tools for internal management to track consumables, costs, and identify resource bottlenecks

I am a 20 year veteran to the technology industry, a 2 time startup founder and expanding into the climate and environmental recruiting industries.  I have a passion to tell the stories of impactful environmental organizations, leveraging my executive level recruitment expertise to put inspiring people to work, and believe that equitable hiring and employment should be a basic human right.  I also serve as the Vice Chairman of the KD Hall Foundation as a male ally, serving minority girls and women in their education and employment growth.  I am a father, husband, adult Lego enthusiast, ultimate frisbee and cross country coach and enjoy a good Star Wars movie as much as a tasty food documentary.
