Cat led the Insight & Strategy team at Global Prairie, a purpose-driven marketing firm that is an employee-owned, certified B Corp. In this role, Cat managed cross-functional teams working across global geographies that are focused on the development and implementation of strategic plans, integrated marketing campaigns, and thought leadership strategies. 

Cat is passionate about creating opportunities to bring stakeholders from diverse backgrounds together to find common ground and bring new perspectives to some of the most compelling challenges facing our global marketplace. Drawing on a background in international development and corporate social responsibility, Cat counsels clients in the private, public and non-profit sectors on how to integrate purpose deeply into everything they do. 

Cat serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Friends of Patients at the NIH, a patient charity based inside the Clinical Research Center at the National Institutes of Health. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development and International Economics from The George Washington University.

Managing Director, Insight & Strategy 

In this capacity, Cat partnered with company leadership to design and develop a strategic planning function at Global Prairie that pairs the best of classic account planning tools and methodologies together with the unique consultative approach that our company is known for. Delivering demonstrable value to clients across sectors and around the world, this function eventually evolved into our Insight & Strategy practice.

Director, Strategic Planning & Insights

In this role, Cat had global responsibility for the account management team at Global Prairie, a digital marketing and advertising agency that is a certified Benefit Corporation. She worked in partnership with our account teams and the company founders to drive focus on how we build teams and deliver best-in-class strategy and integrated programs for clients working in quality of life sectors - including environmental health, food and agriculture, philanthropy and healthcare.

Director, Client Happiness

As Group Account Director, Cat established and grew Global Prairie's portfolio of clients in the agriculture, environment and federal government sectors, building and leading teams to bring integrated strategies to clients located all around the country and across the world. She also drove the expansion of Global Prairie's operations in Washington, D.C. and Europe, and helped architect Global Prairie's global network of partners and consultants on every continent.

Group Director, Sustainability, Ag & Government

As an Account Director, Cat led cross-functional teams of designers, developers, strategists and writers in developing and implementing integrated marketing and communication strategies. In this role, she drove designed branding and positioning strategies for global Fortune 500 companies, developed thought leadership platforms for architecture, manufacturing and construction firms, and overseen the launch of a social media platform for one of the country’s largest banks. Cat has also served as a key player on a recent groundbreaking study in partnership with Deloitte Consulting that evaluates social media to ultimately enhance the effectiveness of safety communications issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Hi, I'm Cat—corporate survivor-turned-agitator, avid joke-teller, and champion of individuality in spaces that demand conformity.

I help accomplished leaders - especially those who have been silenced, mistreated, overlooked, or abused - to reclaim their voices and navigate critical inflection points in their careers. 

After 15 years climbing the corporate ladder across healthcare, agriculture, sustainability, and marketing in Washington, D.C., I discovered I had lost myself along the way. Leaving my corporate job in January 2020 (perfect timing, right?), striking out on my own was both intuitive and terrifying. I had the tools to help clients but no idea who I was outside of my titles.

Years of working for other people had left me with an identity crisis. I realized I needed to turn my brand strategy skills on myself. 

The process was uncomfortable—transformative work usually is—but it reconnected me with what matters. Now I blend strategic expertise with genuine empathy to help others do the same.

For individuals, I create space for deep introspection and practical action. For organizations, particularly in scientific and technical fields, I bring data-driven approaches to strategic planning and brand development.

When I'm not helping clients find clarity and confidence, I'm skiing with my kids, chasing my dogs, singing badly to Broadway shows, and challenging outdated workplace norms.  Also—Ben Franklin was my imaginary best friend and first crush. Ask me about it.
