This motivation has sparked in me since the beginning of my entrepreneurial journey.

Combining the power of communities and content, I founded my first startup CLOTHESfriends in 2020, following the mission of making circular fashion accessible to everyone.

We launched a fashion rental app, went through two successful fundraising rounds, and built a brand recognized by international press and media.

Turns out, even though we had traction, the market wasn’t ready for fashion rental.

So, I put the app and operations on hold and started working as Head of Partnerships in a marketing agency, helping founders build and grow their personal brands.

Besides, I took time to reflect and returned to my WHY: empowering people to use their voices.

& to tell real stories in order to drive impact. 

🚀 That’s what led me to my new venture: Scripe.

With Scripe, we build a SaaS that enables professionals and companies to grow their personal brands.

In the era of earned media, companies who lead are the companies who empower, encourage, and celebrate employees who become brand ambassadors.

👉 This is exactly what we aim to do with Scripe.

Our software enables professionals to:

we had the BEST team offsite in a tiny Thailand paradise. 🫶

Scripe goes Samui – that was the name of the planning doc I created when I was still in freezy Berlin. 🥹

and wow did I NOT expect this week to be this amazing.

our goals were to:

→ map out the action plan to get to € 5M ARR.
→ get to know each other better.
→ create content footage (obv).
→ have FUN & enjoy.

and huii, we did a LOT: 

→ design thinking turned into action steps.
→ photo shoot day while getting work done.
→ video shoot day while getting MORE work done. ;)
→ hiked up jungle mountains together, funnnn.

aaaand we hit some records 🥳

1. number of coconuts a team can drink in a week. ;)
2. number of post-its for just as manyyy ideas.
3. number of WOW moments & laughs together.

yet, we also had time to rest & reflect.

by the pool, at dinner, or prepping our App Launch (yes !!) with an ocean view. 😌

my absolute fav moments: 

watching sunsets together. 🌅
not only realizing how much Scripe has grown over this past year; 
but each of us – on our own and together. 

last year, we were running around Berlin together. 
this year, everything felt clear and grounded. 

I left with sore legs from the hike, a brain full of ideas, and a heart full of gratitude for this wild, kind, creative crew. ❤️‍🔥 

now we go back to our remote desks (staying in Thailand for a bit since we're here;)), but it feels different. in a very good way.

these 5 tools survived my ADHD brain. 👾

meaning, for those who work in marketing, build a company, work as a creative or struggle to focus sometimes  → you might love them too.

so, my brain loves chaos and adrenaline spikes.

however, at work, I need structure while having creative freedom. 🫠

my tools need to feel simple & low friction.

after many failed trials, these stayed:

1️⃣ pen and paper:

yes, the good old notepad and planner.

- I brain-dump ideas, campaigns, slides.
- or I draw flows, write headlines on blank paper.
- only after that, I move things into any “real” tool.

2️⃣ awork:

it's my HQ for:
- client projects
- partner collaborations
- community campaigns

what I love is it's clean, adaptable interface and templates.

also a big inspo if you build SaaS yourself – it's made in Germany, huge fan here. 🥳

3️⃣ Inspiration on (other) socials:

Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest are not just “doom scroll”.

I save posts into super-specific folders like:
- “user activation”
- "personal brand content"
- “copy I love”

1-2x a month, I go through and turn ideas into concrete tasks or content.

4️⃣ Scripe ;)

of course haha, AND (!) I use Scripe beyond LinkedIn posts.

- I save ideas as voice notes (via WA integration)
- turn posts into newsletter & video script drafts
- track performance of our content & our clients  
- use the analytics to spot trends super quickly

Scripe runs in the back & I run around with 100 ideas. 🚀

5️⃣ Fyxer: 

aka, my new inbox bodyguard. ❤️‍🔥

- drafts mail replies that sound like me (literally!)
- reminds me of emails I would forget
- links calendar & meetings recordings

I started using it 2 months ago, and hands down, one of the best decisions ever!

p.s. I did not list ChatGPT here even though I use it daily but the tools above are more specific to highlight. ;)

all in all, those solutions have made me more productive, resilient, while letting me enjoy working and using the adhd way of thinking as an asset. 🫶✨

I used to think pressure creates champions. but it's joy. ✨

when I saw Alysa Liu win Olympic gold in figure skating, I cried. 🥹

as a kid, I lived on the ice.

I trained figure skating before and after school, weekends.

by 17, the pressure broke me, my body, and joy. 
it was pressure from all sides and from my own.

I stopped. 

which felt kinda empty & free at the same time.

then I watched Alysa Liu skate with full power & focus.
she finished her free skate, smiled and said:

“that was so much fun.”

fun (!!) in the middle of Olympic pressure.

Alysa initially retired from ice skating when she was 16.
she also had to step away to breathe again.

but then she came back with JOY.
and she won gold. 😍🥇

I realized how her journey applies to SO many areas.

whether we "fail" as an athlete, founder, whatever.
once pressure kills joy, we lose our core energy. 💥

I learned to turn it around by really doing a lot of work.

yet those 3 tiny daily reminders always stuck with me:

1️⃣ 1% more joy everyday.

I ask: what is one small thing that adds fun now?
music before a call, walk before work.
or a good workout after a long day.

2️⃣ joy first, result second.

when I post, I focus on honesty, not reach.
when I build Scripe, I focus on people, not only metrics.
when I do sports, I focus on feeling great, not on pace only.

3️⃣ pressure with intention.

pressure is still there & goals are still big.
I just do not let pressure decide who I am anymore.

because I honestly think:

every time we try, we win.

and joy is not the opposite of intensity.
joy fuels intensity – in the most positive way.

wowwww, did I love this! 

a few weeks ago, I spent 1 hour with the cohort of Sarah's Business Creator Summit Mentoring.

all of them have committed to growing their personal brands. 🤝

which, in my opinion, is so much more than “just” growing on LinkedIn.

→ they choose to be seen
→ they believe their stories matter
→ they treat their experience as an asset
→ they want a real brand, not only LinkedIn numbers

this makes growing a personal brand so hard – because it means choosing to grow outside comfort zones. to constantly believe in what we have to say MATTERS. 

that’s why I believe in Sarah’s cohort format so much:

👉 it's a safe space for honest, vulnerable stories
👉 accountability partners (aka, consistency made fun)
👉 structured live sessions with real faces & mentors
👉 WhatsApp group which makes everything easy
👉 a community to grow & learn together

👉 Klassische Sales-Methoden verlieren immer mehr an Wirkung.

nicht, weil Cold Calls „tot“ sind.

ist die Entscheidung oft schon gefallen.

Die eigentliche Frage ist also:

Wie schaffen wir LinkedIn so zu nutzen, dass es einen Business-Impact hat UND effizient bleibt. ✨ (jaaaa, das geht)
