Since I got my period at 16, I struggled with very heavy, painful bleeding and the fact that my cycle had no pattern whatsoever. 

Sometimes, I’d go six months with no period then bleed for 3 weeks straight. This went on for about 3 years. I tried taking the pill and even got the implant which I kept for 7 years, but nothing worked. 

Instead, it badly affected my mental health.

I consulted multiple doctors and women's health specialists, but they kept saying it was all in my head so I decided to find a solution ON MY OWN.

→ I spent months researching and experimenting with everything I could find on hormone health. It was overwhelming, but through trial and error I slowly figured out what worked. After 10 months I finally felt stable, not 100% but I knew what to focus on.

→ That’s when I found my purpose: to simplify hormone health for women.

→ I completed an accreditation in women’s hormone health, launched my business and turned my healing journey into a strategy to help other women find the answers they need.

→ Now, 3 years later, my hormones are thriving! I am running a successful business and feeling more connected and in love with myself than ever ❤️
