The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund is a nonprofit organization in Washington, DC. They build and maintain the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial, the nation's monument to fallen officers. They organize National Police Week and host a Candlelight Vigil on May 13th to honor fallen officers. Additionally, they maintain a comprehensive database of officer deaths and serve as an information clearinghouse. Recently, they built the National Law Enforcement Museum to tell the story of American law enforcement.​

After building GTM systems at Fortune 100 companies and advising technical CEOs in the mid-market+, I'm seeing the same pattern: brilliant product leaders treating AI transformation like a software release instead of an organizational redesign.

McKinsey (50+ AI implementations) and Accenture (1,500 executives surveyed) just confirmed what technical CEOs are learning the hard way:

AI transformation isn't failing because of technology. It's failing because of mindset.

The mistake: Treating AI agents like software you deploy.
The reality: AI agents are team members you onboard, train, and develop.
