- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets;
- Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals;
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs;

Selling of Complex Customer Solutions & Special Automation Products into the Analytical & Medical applications to OEM’s / BtoB  with global responsibility for all sales and market development activity leading towards establishing and growing ASCO business with a yearly average increase of 7%.
- Drawing of the sales strategy over 5 years growth : ensure leading, monitoring & coordination of the action plan set with regional sales team on a regular results-oriented monitoring by  achieving a 7 M €  T.O. & with an average progression of 7% per year.
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base: Achieving a goal of 20 new customer with projects > 30K € / year in the EMEA region.
- Improvement of a project pipeline (Around 50 projects) for a Global value > 10M €.


- Accountable for 5 successfully multicultural management direct reports
- Maintaining strategic accounts responsibility in France & Hungary
- Negotiation & review of customer contracts.
- Running of Complex projects to successful completion & deliver them on time.
- Working closely with different divisions for a better innovation management in digital transformation.
- Sales of Customer solutions: Commute 30% / year of pipeline projects into Customer solutions.

- Analysis of the results & profitability of the projects in relation to the targets.
- Participating in regional & global technical fairs.

Selling of Complex Customer Solutions for Fluidic Platforms Applications for all type of Automation industries mainely to OEM’s / BtoB  with global responsibility for all sales (10 M€) in the EMEA Region and growing the Parker business with a yearly average increase of 5%.

- Development & follow up of action plans to increase the Sales companies  T.O. for current year & for 5 years growth with an average increase of 5% / Year over a global T.O. of 10M€ ;
