Supported Chief Revenue Officer focused on VSaaS and led a successful transition to a new enterprise and mid-market sales team. Supported a team of 13 experts and reports to the CRO. Redesigned the way we conduct business by implementing CPQ, Billing and Partner Portal oriented transactions including revenue recognition all in Salesforce.

Enabled labor cost savings and internal resource reallocation by conceiving, managing, and implementing a quote-to-cash process through revenue recognition allowing for fast creation of one-, three- and five-year deals. Included partner and regular discounts, and approval process. Enabled with DocuSign and direct integration to finance and billing, all in Salesforce, eliminating manual processes and siloed information.

Supported sales teams in APAC and EMEA by incorporating cultural and business competencies into go to market strategies.

Improved cold calling efficiency by implementing prospecting cadence and dialer software in Salesforce.

Supported marketing initiatives by coordinating their inbound efforts via HubSpot, social media and webinars with sales outbound prospecting efforts.

Shortened Sales Operations order facilitation and management, increasing productivity reengineering the order process.

Collaborated cross-functionally with product development teams to enable closed-loop training from feature release to closed sales.
