• During these years I had in my hands the complete management of the whole business: from the initial contact with bands and clubs, until the on-stage live performances, passing through sponsorship programs, sounds and lights technical coordination, and public speaking

Bruno, did you write a book? 
 
 
No, (not yet). But I wrote a chapter, and I’m proud of it. 
For 3 reasons: 
 
1. My pitch was accepted
I was selected to be part of this beautiful project, our upcoming book, "Projectland Goes to the Movies," linking unforgettable movie moments to powerful project management takeaways. 
I absolutely wanted to write about an 🇮🇹 Italian movie, and I was able to get it accepted.
 
2. I passed the hard challenge of writing a (part of a) book
It is not easy! 
It was a challenge against myself. 
A challenge I loved to win. 
 
3. Fantozzi is a masterpiece 
This movie is a milestone for anyone growing up in Italy during the 80s. 
Having the opportunity to write about it in my first published chapter is something that will stay with me forever. 
I can vividly see my old self talking about it with my future multilingual grandchildren. Telling them stories blending life lessons, project management, and Fantozzi ❤️​
 
 
For the non-Italian part of my network, what is Fantozzi about? 
 
🎬 Ever dreamed of doing something big, only to have reality slap you in the face? 😅
That’s the spirit behind the witty and inspiring chapter by Bruno Morgante — a reflection on what happens when plans meet real life. Inspired by the classic Italian comedy Fantozzi (1975), it reminds us that while having a plan helps, success often depends on creativity, adaptability, persistence, and a good dose of optimism.
