- Improved site revenue and performance metrics during economic downturn, including conversion rate, time on site, bounce rate, and pages per visit. 
- Overhauled catalog discovery, organization, and merchandising and added site personalization - boosting catalog KPIs considerably.

Worked for Alamo Drafthouse during the sale of Mondo to Funko, assisting in ensuring a smooth transition during the company sale. This included building a dedicated eCommerce gift shop for Drafthouse.com so Alamo can keep selling merch after the sale. 

When not assisting with the sale, I worked to optimize the Mondo website - improving conversion rates, smoothing out site management processes, and laying the groundwork for long term site improvements.

- Guided the AMMD website to the top 1% of websites for conversion rate in vertical (according to Shopify metrics) by iterating on the store’s customer journey and optimizing funnels using A/B tests and data driven changes. 
- Fostered a tight knit, communicative, collaborative, and effective multidisciplinary team, maintaining 100% retention throughout COVID and The Great Resignation.

- Designed two record A/B tests that generate 7 figures in new annual revenue, each.
