I have a lot of feedback from that journey—but I’ll start with gratitude.

There’s a popular narrative about *work-life balance*. My honest take?

Most people who talk about it aren’t particularly good at **either**.

What I’ve seen this year is something different: **integration**.

While moving city to city, mountain to coast, downtowns to backroads, **GTM Dart had its strongest year yet**. We didn’t slow down—we focused.
