Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Manage a community of 72 households, mainly determining how to collect on delinquent accounts, drive annual budgets which determine quarterly dues, and form new ideas on how to better enable residents on platforms (our community app or payment portals).

When I first joined the board, delinquencies were on the rise and were only being handled through letters and claim court.  This is all reactionary.  I started implementing new, yet simple, enablement plans to educate how to make payments, which led to an immediate 44% reduction in delinquent homes by the next reporting cycle.

Began as a general Financial Analyst and quickly grew into a senior role on the Financial Operations team (internally also known as Business Operations and Sales Operations), managing 3 brands worth approximately 20% of Perforce's portfolio (worth $60 M ARR).  By the time I parted from Perforce, I had closer to 50% of that portfolio.

Heavily involved with Annual Recurring Revenue and reinventing the entire process, Power BI Dashboard reporting, creating a SQL database from scratch with a SQL consultant, and working with other teams as needed (Sales / Marketing / Product / etc).

Managed 62,000+ products owned by Abbott, ensuring compliance with UDI regulations, correcting 60 compliance issues.  Organized meetings consisting of mechanical engineers, labelers, and regulatory personnel to present solutions to correct the data for each product violating Abbott's requirements regarding GTIN assignments.  Investigated inefficiencies within the Windchill and Informatica test environments to discover what fields needed to be fixed or added while in the development phase, thus, reducing costs in the long-run.  This contract role was secured through TIPS Consulting, Inc.

Analyzed confidential data provided by the Minnesota Wild for 24 hours using data mining techniques, including logistic regressions, neural networks, and decision trees to address complex problems.  Presented findings to several groups of judges resulting in a top 15 placement against 37 teams.
