Solving problems and helping others realize their goals whether they be personal or career oriented are great passions of mine.

I have started and been a part of a number of companies/organizations with varying degrees of success, and consulted for dozens more. Learning from failures and difficult situations teach more than any class or seminar could ever hope to. Disrupting the status quo is where I naturally gravitate. 

Working in the crowdfunding, blockchain, and hardware industries I have the unique opportunity to not only help businesses new and old succeed through innovation, but am exposed to many ideas and opportunities that can fuel growth and impact. Decentralized technologies are already beginning to shape the next era of our lives and incorporating more democratized human involvement should be an exciting prospect for all of us.

A few achievements:

- Launched the first ever side by side Regulation Crowdfund and Product crowdfunding campaigns resulting in both being oversubscribed. Later followed by more oversubscribed funding campaigns.
- Grew and engaged a passionate community behind a mission driven tech company resulting in an average email open rate of over 50% over a 3 year period.
- One of the first and only companies to obtain a written decree and approval from the Puerto Rican government to launch a digital token and have it be treated as software, with preferential tax treatment.

My social media, group chat, and even video watching and everything besides family time has dropped about 90% in the last week since I started building out a system that I’ve been trying to find, purchase, invest in for a decade. If you’re NOT an engineer but DO have domain expertise and a propensity to learn, NOW IS THE TIME TO BUILD!

The AI coding tools like OpenCode and Claude Code have gotten so good that if you can manage a handful of tabs working on things for you, you’ll be blown away with what you can accomplish. I literally had to reassign a dev team to something else because I’ve made more progress in 5 days than they’ve made in months. (It’s not knocking them, there’s just so much delay and loss in transit when you have to have calls and communicate between time zones, wait to test, etc…)

Of course you’ll want to have legitimate engineering talent go over anything you want to commercialize, but for internal and private solutions there’s not an excuse anymore.

Personally, I love to drive (except in stop and go traffic and behind slow people in the fast lane), so Full Self Driving (FSD) in a vehicle has not been appealing to me at all. 

That being said…

The fact that I could be orchestrating my swarm of coding agents to build entire featursets while riding from one place to another is appealing.

That being said…

Things are improving so fast that the agents will be able to fully develop what I need from one initial command without any additional guidance, before I ever get a car with (FSD). So I will just continue enjoying my time behind the wheel while I can.
